What crew text would these IG88's have?

The problem with BoShek is that he didn't have his own ship. He hired out as a pilot for other people's ships.

On the other hand, that means FFG could reasonably include him as a pilot for any ship they feel like, especially if it's a freighter.

Maybe Gunner is too much of a gimmick, but it could be stacked with Tactician in order to triple stress.

Moralo Eval with IG-88D crew, HLC, Bossk, Zuckuss is only 46 points. That gives you leftover points for some gravy upgrades on IG-88B like a Proton Bomb or Autoblaster cannon.

Back on topic: You gotta love the recycling they did with props. But I must admit, discovering that Bossk is in fact wearing a real flight suit rather adds to his awesomeness.
