We'll see how the quad jumper looks soon enough. But unless a large ship has real utility in having a pair, or a small ship has generics worth its salt (something of a consistent miss of late, alas)... why get duplicates?

i have no intentions of having multiple large ships except the Falcon since that comes in 2 boxes.

Only non-multibox ships i have multiples of are TAPs, and only repeat boxes i have are TIE/fo, TIE Adv, TIE Bomber, Z-95, and A-wing.

Though when wave9 hits my store im going to buy a 2nd ywing since i keep finding myself going "need 2 ywings for that to be good...." lol

Sabine's Tie seems like a good candidate, except if you want to run it with three other ties, you'll need two expansions for the cards, bases and dials.

If the generic falcon in hotr isnt the outer rim smuggler POS and retains its normal stats, i could see double falcon lists being a thing. Top tier rebel? pfft no, but not weak either.

After Wave 4 I rarely buy more than one of anything.

There are a lot of ships where you don't need more than 1. StarViper multiples are only needed for A-wing crack swarm. You don't need any syck or kihraxz fighters. Multiple YT-2400s and YT-1300 are unneeded. Unless a ship comes with a rare upgrade that you need multiples for or you're actually planning to run multiple ships, why buy more than 1?

For example, my current wave 9 plan is 1 TIE/sf (don't like the generics, don't come with and upgrades I'm looking for) and 2 shadowcasters (I'm stockpiling rigged cargo chutes).

Multiples of TIEs, always.
