During tomorrow session were Celebrating 2of my players birthdays. I want to give our wookiee marauders player the pet shes been wanting , and our colonist doctor his nurse (long story). Id like to present them on a nice looking npc sheet. Any suggestions?

Have you considered building the NPC in OggDude's builder? You can save your adversaries as image files that you can print in color.
