(I had forgotten that Momaw Nadon and Pondo Baba had actual names. She reminds me)
She plays X-wing with me and ALWAYS flies the Falcon with Chewie as pilot and Luke as crew, because they are her favorite characters. When I told her that in a couple months she'll be able to fly the Falcon with REY and CHEWIE together, and she could have SABINE escort them in her TIE... Well.... She tends to scream when she's happy. I developed a case of tinnitus that day. (I suspect that if Nintendo ever releases a Legend of Zelda game where you can play as Zelda instead of Link... I will go deaf that day.)

Sabine is badass. There is a lot of her in the game, because she is featured heavily in the show - AS A PILOT. This game is about pilots. If she were the Jedi, and Ezra were the Mandalorian pilot, then we'd have a whole bunch of Ezra cards instead. That's all there is to it.

She's kind of all over Rebels like white on rice, bro. She has as much face-time as any non-Jedi-In-Danger-of-Falling-to-the-Darkside can possibly get in an ensemble show.

I am a little underwhelmed by the rebels ships, they're ok but the EU and Awakens ships are always much more exciting to me. I always feel like the rebels ships will be the last ones I add to my collection. Honestly I'd be more excited for prequels ships.

Disney doesn't give a darn about Rebels in comparison to the movies. Luke, Han, and Leia sell more merch and toys than Sabine, and Disney's primary motivator will always be moolah.
Not that Disney probably has that much impact on X-Wing.

The difference is that the old characters are mostly glued to their starship of choice, Luke to X-wing and Han to MF, and when they occasionally hop into something else (Scum Han in a Z-95? Luke in an E-wing?) it's a ship with a lot of lore behind it, so instead of repeating themselves FFG can give them fresh pilots. Rebels introduce new ships with a limited number of pilots, so they either take what they can (Ghost, Phantom) or just make up stuff as they go along (only one of four pilots in the blister, Zeb, flew the stolen TIE).

1) Not true. Sabine has flown 2 ships (Phantom, Shadowcaster) and been crew in 2 ships (Ghost, B6). She hasn't flown the TIE; she only painted it. Luke has flown 2 ships (X-wing, Snowspeeder) and been crew in 2 (Falcon, Stolen Lambda). Pretty even.
2) And since Rebels has twice the content of the OT (A bit over 13 hours of material I believe vs 6) then no... it's not funny/weird/unusual at all that the characters would have more opportunities to do more..... things.

It's only been two seasons. Give it some time. They have hinted at her back story and we know there is some sort of Mandolorian history with her family and all that. Right now it's been about Ezra and Kanan. Give it some time. I'm sure there will be more for Zeb, as well. He's gotten some, but I'm sure there will be more. It will also probably be a major story arc for at least one season, I bet. Throwing in some cool Mandolorian stuff will be awesome.

Hes like 8 years old, or something like that. He really hates scum because theyre "dirty people" lol. A guy was running the shadowcaster and had his book open with the pilot cards, so the kid looked at them and saw Sabine in a scum ship and started crying. "I cant believe Sabine went Scum!!" - really....? lol
I was facing his dad and our entire game were just facepalming in laughter lol.

thats more vader being a badass than vader's ship being anything special.
his ability in game isnt very fitting but it does cater to his superior flying skills so least it does that much. If his ability were to fit with his actual flying skills coupled with force usage, he would break the game lol.
I infer that it might be to encourage more Sabine cosplay.
This inference is further backed up by the fact that one of the unknown ship SKUs is actually a ship piloted by Slave Leia.

Seriously, a B-wing destroys a frigate with a LAZOR Beam of Death and everybody loses their minds, a TIE/x1 massacres a LARGER frigate on its own using just the 2-die primary, and noone even notices how stupid it is.
