But Seriously, why is Sabine Everywhere?

By Gibbilo, in X-Wing

It seemed like the Hera and Kanan relationship was just hinted at.

Well, she refers to him as "Love" in the first episode, for one.

She's a popular character with a demographic that FFG isn't currently selling a lot of product to.

Tumblr?

No, the girls (and women) that can give two ***** about princesses and are finally starting to get some badass female action heroes that aren't butch or someone's love interest showing up in pop-culture. They play board games and video games and FFG would like them to play miniatures games.

And I think that's awesome!

But Hera is Kanan's love interest, and Sabine is Ezra's

I mean, Hera and Kanan is implied. But the fact that it's NOT explicit, and that the relationship does not define either character is remarkable.

Ezra is infatuated with Sabine, that much is clear. But she does not return the affection at this point and her character is again, not defined by that relationship. She has her own crap going on.

^I don't really see Sabine as badass, tho

She's more like, idk, a caricature of what teenage boys think of as badass, not girls. Heck, I wouldn't have been amused as a teenager, but then I wouldn't have predicted Twilight being popular either. So glad I'm out of that demographic.

My pre-teen daughter and her friends all seem to like her a lot.

Thank goodness for that, not more constrained fake forced love relationships in stories like these, lol

Sabine is her own lady, and Ezra just a kid who was looking at any girls as interesting, (just the age of girls aren't just yuck.) she just happened to be in the vicinity, blergh

oh wait wait wait. I got another one!

Q: "But Seriously, why is Sabine everywhere?"

Which only leads to the question. . ."Where is Boushh?"

Where ever Leia left the body....

I got the sense that Kanan and Hera were actually married. I guess it wasn't spelled out explicitly or anything. They certainly had a relationship in A New Dawn, but we don't know where that went. I suppose I just assumed it because she casually called Kanan "love" in the first episode and her name is, ... well... "Hera".

Think about this one:

The VCX has the entire cast as a pilot and as a crew member, so unsurprising here.

The Shadow Caster has two canonical pilots (Ketsu Onyo and Sabine Wren) so unsurprising here.

Actually, Ventress is canon with the Banshee as well. I would have liked to seen more than one title with the Shadowcaster.

To me, it seems like Hera and Kanan have a relationship. Like WAC said, it doesn't define them, but it's seems to be there. Just look at the end of season 2, and the way they are around each other at times. As for Ezra and Sabine. It's already been said how it starts, but it evolves into more of a sibling relationship as the show goes on, which makes sense to me. They've both lost their families to the Empire, so they do have a connection there.

I hope we get Poe's tie. A tie S/F with title that makes all red manuvers green and ads a 5 forward, with free extra boost if used.... Yeah that is sarcasem and how Sabines wet fan expansion feels to me. At least I will save some money for once.

Following this logic, you should have never started playing, considering x-wings get plenty of barrel rolls on screen.
They're. Aileron. Rolls. For the hundredth time. Barrel rolls never actually appear on screen to my knowledge, actually. (Note: My exasperation above is exaggerated for comedic effect)

The X-wings were just showing off for the camera since Aileron rolls are mostly for flight shows (And for use in more complex Aerial maneuvers including the barrel roll).

Is it an aileron roll if the vehicle doesn't have ailerons?

Your logic has no place here!

There is as well the episode where Kanan meets Hera's dad and seems be stress out to meet him. First impression and all. But usually it not important for the plot and is in the background as it should be.

Read A new dawn ..... its how Hera and Kanan meet

Sabine was apparently the new Mandalorian template for a 2nd generation clone army. Thus 5 straight waves of Sabine pilots is hardly out of the ordinary.

An army of Sabine clones? Only in Ezra's dreams.

Ezra' get stuffed :P

I can see Ezra dreaming of several Sabines dress as slaver Leias having a pillow fight (ok that my dream not Ezra's)

because she's gonna die and push Ezra to the Dark side, founding the Knights of Ren, and helping pull Kylo Ren to the Dark Side.... and she's also Snoke.

no Gallius Rax is snoke ..... if you dont know what im taking about then put the internet down and go read some canon books. Then come back and we can talk star wars :P

Because Sabine is easily one of the best characters on Rebels.

See he said "cute"

The problem is the English language making **** creepy by making "cute" and "sexually attractive" sometimes synonymous
