It's fun, simple, powerful, and can compete with some of the higher PS pilots. I have used it to great effect, I'm just wondering if I will have a problem against Palp Aces, Denagroo and other top meta lists.
Since you asked about them specifically, I'll mention that both Palp aces and Dengaroo usually run an initiative bid. Depending on your play style this could be a problem, but CS-HM will be a significant help in both of those matchups if you can pin the ace with Bren. Dengaroo is especially dangerous against aces lists (which yours essentially is) because of the Zuckuss ability to nullify green dice, you could get left with only your evade token.
Your list lacks the consistent damage needed to take on Palp Aces and Dengaroo. Once Tomax goes down, it'll be next to impossible to crack their defenses.
I'd recommend subbing out Rexler for an Inquisitor with Prockets (34 pts). VI Rexler is very unreliable since every time you utilize your PS to BR, you're throwing naked dice. Inquisitor deals consistent chip damage to Dengar, negates Palp Ace autos, and can block.
Use the extra points to give Countess either LW or Juke.
I don't know, two defenders I think are pretty potent. And it's Steele not Rexler as his ability comes up more often i feel. And juke on a low PS pilot always backfires on me it seems.
I'm pretty certain I'm playing this regardless as I am a bit comfortable with it. Either this or Bounty Bros.(Boba and Dengar/IG).
Without monkeying with your list too much, there's very little reason to have VI on Countess.
Use adaptability on her instead and increase your initiative bid by 1 for your PS8 and PS9 pilots, or keep her at the same point cost and use Crackshot since it's a pretty efficient EPT for 1pt.
I was thinking about that on Ryad. I guess a PS of 5 or 7 won't change much.
