As someone reminded me when I asked, there never has been, but yes it would be nice if there was.
Team covenant should be recording a bunch of them and releasing thrm.... Later.
Gencon is never streamed live. I've never seen anything live streamed from there. Probably not the most reliable internet / wifi with the thousands of folks all hunting Pokemon.
And convention centers charge insane fees to access reliable internet.
