Wave 10 reveal; so now can I have my Uboat counter please?

Alright, due to the long development cycle, FFG could not get a Uboat counter ready for wave 9 and actually instead thought that aces was the biggest problem at the time, which is why Wave 9 is full of anti-ace tech and ships.

But now with Wave 10 revealed where is the promised counter?

1. I dont see a set of unique rebel Tie fighters or any of the upgrades comming there as something the Uboats should be afraid of.

2. Kylo Ren shuttle? From what has been revealed so far, it kind of looks like a Imperial VCX..so not really, we already have that.

3. Quadjumper? It promises som interesting movement and bumping-mechanics with tractor tokens being thrown left and right..but dies horribly easy. Is fairly low cost tho....but not sure it is enough.

My money is on the new tech which both the Upsilon and Quadjumper sports or alternatively som powerfull new Condition which cripples a large ship somhow. What do you think?

(Disclaimer "counter" is in this post not meant as an uber godly hard counter that nerfs a Scout completly, but something similar to black marked slicer tools or feedback array which by design puts fear into any ace, but can be handled with good flying and other non-ace tools in the list)

I guess slapping guaranteed blinded pilot ala kylo counts?

at least it helps if you fly something ace-centric that doesn't have the firepower to roll through a scout before it shoots

Black Market Slicer Tools - This one is pretty much directed at PTL aces

Quickdraw - High PS aces have something to be afraid of but so does everthi gelse to some extent. Quickdraw is a major commitment of points just for a little anti-ace tech.

Old Teroch - He's as much an issue (if not more) for U-Boats than he is for aces. He's actually more anti-lower PS jousters than anything else.

ShadowCaster tractor schenanigans - While these pose a threat to aces, they are a bigger issue for small base ships with low to mid PS.

Stress (Ventress, ARC-170, Rigged Cargo): Stress dealing ships have always created an issue for PTL users, these are just some additional options for a mechanic that has been around for awhile. Weaponized stress effects more than just aces.

Am I missing something? There's only two things that really seem to be anti-ace. The rest impact a lot of non-ace ships more than they do aces.
