As in topic, how talents recharge in story mode ?

Talents recharge when it's convenient for the GM's purposes.

Since you are not in Encounter mode, Turns go by as fast as the GM wants them too and the PC's can have a bit of say in that they could "take a short rest". I just allow tham to remove all recharge tokens when we leave Encounter mode, unless I am planning something devious in a short time.
