Yup - and a TIE fighter 8.99m long (but taller than it is long).
7,98m is ~29,6mm in 1/270 scale, for comparison the small base is 40mm long.
It does't look right, maybe Kylo's shuttle isn't too small but this thing makes it look small?
Maybe the measurement only covers the nose to tail of the crew compartment - and not the wing cowlings.
It looks right to me. The picture is deceiving, from that angle the ship appears to be longer then it is due to its bulkiness. The length of the body is about 15mm on my screen, while the base is 20mm. So it is right on scale.
