My only disappointments are that the rebel commandos are anti-thematic, but I think this frees up the rebels for the small box to allow a swarm of ewoks. The tiles appear to be mostly Tattooine again. And no bounty hunters! I suppose that means 4-Lom and Zuckus will be released together in the next box.
Dont forget Q1 2017 will just be small expansion packs. The Hunters can show up then...

I really like the look of the new heroes. Rodians and Aqualish are generally used as enemy aliens (rather than wookiees and ewoks being 'good').
Also the woman looks to be wearing mandalorian armour...
That Aqualish hero looks nuts. BYY for strength checks? 20 health? Jeez. What's interesting is their note that all the heroes show up as mercenary units in skirmish. Wild. The jet troopers look cool. A nice change of pace for imperials. I can see them being splashed in if a map has lots of difficult terrain, both in campaign and in skirmish.
The Jabba card seen in the xpac preview...Man it looks crazy. Lots of different abilities.
How about more than 1-2 new imperials...?
I'm so tired of the mercenary faction. This game is supposed to be about the Rebels vs Empire!
The most exciting thing for me is that we're going to get a ruling on if a character performing an action to grant themselves an interrupt to perform an attack counts as their attack action (see skirmish Jabba).
So according to this expansion, Luke had a team of rebel operatives with him as he assaulted Jabba's Palace?
This is cool ... but I want some Jawa, droid, and Kowakian Lizard Monkey companion minis.
Dewback rider is non-unique and has a named character version, I'll be able to field 3 of these beauties.

This has nothing to do with Luke assaulting Jabba's Palace as seen in ROTJ.

I remember Lando, Leia, Chewie, and a couple droids being there.
I find it amusing that people were wanting alternate versions of the main characters, so they would be cheaper and more viable.

Yeah but with 16 health! Mind you, I'm not sure if he's worth it, but still. +1 evade, looks like some built in variation of deflection, and another ability I can't see, he won't be a push over.

That leads to an interesting question - Han and Chewie are the really expensive ones that could do with a cheaper version - but they are the versions from A New Hope. Would people think it was odd if "General Solo" in an Endor themed set was cheaper and therefore less powerful than the original version?

Seriously??!?! Will you ever be happy? Really, what would it take to make you happy? Imagine if it was a full-blown Rebels expansion!
Scum finally getting support unit with Jabba- he can focus a unit anywhere on the map, no line of sight needed. His other special actions look pretty ridiculous also

This all looks awesome. New trooper options for Rebels, scum get loads of tools, with the heroes scum in skirmish and Jabba as an awesome support piece, freaking jet troopers, dewbacks, Rancors, Gamorrean guards - it's all awesomesauce!
All I heard was Dewback Troopers. And a big worm guy. And a Rancor. And Jet Troopers.

They need to add units to the Scum faction, at least the Imperials get Jet troopers and a Trooper on a Dewback in this expansion.
Also anyone else notice Luke seems to not be wearing his Episode 6 outfit? He looks to just be wearing Jedi clothing.
I just noticed the Dewback isn't massive. At least the captain terro isn't. That's odd.
