On the Quadjumper...
We may see new upgrades/effects that allow for reverse movement in the future- I like it.

I thought I saw that too. Ship is probably super slow or blazing fast. Lots of speed 1, few 2s, maybe only straight 3 and 4 and 5. Something like that.

The quad, I think is going to mess with a ton of people when it comes to moving, trying to predict where to move when it can move 1 backwards is crazy good for blocking, Picture the Fang using that to just wreck anything.
Edited by CubanboyThe quadjumper has powerful engines, as it is a tugboat analog.
It's not going to have a 1-straight and will have either 1-sloops or 1-trolls.
Sorry.
For the quad-jumper dial I predict:
White 0
All the 1's plus red 1 reverse
2 banks, 2 straight, 2 sloops
3 straight

Why can't we just see the 3rd card on the top row? C'mon FFG...
Edited by Ronin8879i see the dial being 2 possible things:
Completely open because this thing is almost solid engines, given that SW seems to treat high speed ships as also high-turn-rate ships i wouldnt doubt it.
or
Cant turn for gak due to lack of anything other than forward/reverse facing engines. Full speed1 motion since "only one engine is turned on" but aside from that, if it isnt a "straight" move its probably not available or red. i say "straight" because reverse engines!
It won't have a K turn, it will have reverse moves and we enter the realm of attack wing.
Wow, cheap. But only 5 hull and 2/2 ... Hmmm
Edited by JadotchLore wise does this thing even have guns?
Hello engine upgrade...
Or experimental interface with lots of green on dial and barrel roll. Barrel roll focus every round?
Just noticed that the PS 7 pilot has an EPT.
PTL engine upgrade on that pilot for maneuvering craziness.
Edited by TokyogrizPilot skill 7 is Constable Zuvio likely.

Sorry.
There's a Reverse rule card included in the pack and the article claims 6 ONE speed maneuvers. Just putting 2 & 2 together.
1 s-loops, k-turns and/or t-rolls would be pretty cool though.
Lore wise does this thing even have guns?
Scum... therefore, guns.
I would hate to be the guy paying for the fuel for the Quadjumper. It doesn't look like the most fuel efficient vehicle.
Please FFG, give us more 'green' options. Maybe a hybrid or something.
Lore wise does this thing even have guns?
The cross-sections book describes parts of the ship as highly modifiable. So, to echo dewbie420 above: Where there's Scum, there's a way.
Edited by Myth ChildI predict speed 1 straight and banks forward, and speed 1 straight and banks in reverse. I don't think it'll have the hard turns at speed 1.
I didn't even consider reverse moves.
Would definitely be a very unique ship if it was based around those.
The first Quadjumper list shall be called:
"Back, Back, Back it up"
I predict speed 1 straight and banks forward, and speed 1 straight and banks in reverse. I don't think it'll have the hard turns at speed 1.
That is amazing and would be awesome. You really used your thinking cap on that idea.
The blocking capabilities got me really excited for this ship. With all the 1s in the world, blocking should be second nature.
...it goes backwards?
Youre telling me Mr tbeams on block with int agent Barrel roll plutt...can go BACKWARDS
...next thing you know the models are actually life size and capable of flight
That's about the only way it can conceivably get any better
Edited by ficklegreendiceLooks like a segnor's loop card there as well. I'm super stoked about the quad jumper, I hope it's priced well enough to fly a bunch of them
