That tie played a big part for Rebels in a canon source. And it isn't going to function like an imperial tie fighter(just like in the source material).
I am stoked.
Can't wait for Rebel Lambda and TIE/sf...

condition cards are worse than the Rebels stealing a ship..
Every ships gets one? New norm?
Awkward power creep?
Sabine's Tie is also one of the most "Hey, this is a kids show!" aspects of Rebels as is. Why on earth would you spray paint bright colors all over an imperial ship you can use to infiltrate their ranks? It bothers me in ways it really shouldn't even in the show. Now that it's in the game, ugh... Just annoyed is all. Promise I will get over it guys. Sorry for the complaining.
Conditions are a good new mechanic.
Upsilon i'll defo get.
Quad jumper i'll grudgingly get.
Sabines TIE i'll get.
It's the first 1/1/1 wave I've ever seen. (as in that's my meeplemart order)
Can't wait for the wave 11 reveal.
This said: Odds of this being the full lineup = low. TIE Strikers and U wings oh my.

Sabines tie is stupid but just don't buy it if you cant stand it.
Or buy it for cards then crush ship into 3d debris field for game.
Shuttle looks stupid as expected but thats simply poor design by movie producers. Had to happen though as we all know.
The only real interesting ship that anyone in their right mind would buy multiples of is the quad jumper. This could be the best ship in the wave.
I dunno why people would be so angry about it being included in the game, The reason I'm disappointed (not angry) though is because it essentially was a big screw you to anyone that still wanted EU ships. It's basically them saying, "Yea we can scrape the bottom of the barrel until more canon ships come around, stay tuned for Wave 11's Tyderrium shuttle, and the Imperial Z-95 flown by Clone vets!"That I get, but I don't get why people are so hurt over Sabines Tie... I mean honestly anyone surprised by this has either not been paying attention to anything Star Wars related for the last 3 or so years. If it were a generic Tie Fighter, then that would be different, but Sabines Tie is not a generic tie, and it looks to add quite few interesting options to the Rebel fleet.Just initial negativity to not seeing what I wanted after being super hyped for the reveal.
And this right here is what I feel people are angry about. Theyre upset they arent getting eu shipsxthat are no longer canon. But the odds of getting noncanon ships when theres canon stuff that could be done are slim-to-none at this point. The gunboat and avenger arent coming. Get over it.

Because she wasn't planning on using it for anything remotely like what it was used for.
There are some key differences that prevent those packs. Think about it.

Enlighten me.
The only positive thing about this wave that I can think of rigth now is that we haven't seen everything yet and the U-wing will be added to it after the Force Friday. Also glad to see Rex and miss Tano, the latter could join the A-wing rererelase alongisdde Sabine and Hera.
Edited by eMeMThe idea of a 4-TIE miniswarm accompanying a rebel ace makes me shiver with dread.
A 4 Z-95 mini-swarm with a rebel ace will be as good if not better. Since the Z-95 is every bit as effective sa the Tie Fighter is.
If they wanted to rerelase a ship I'd rather have an A-wing.
You mean like they already did with Rebel Aces?

Sabine's TIE is hardly stupid. It's a mechanic many people have wanted for years seeing the Wraith's in Squints. I'm not really that interested in it, but it certainly isn't a bad mechanic or idea. The Epsilon Shuttle wouldn't look so idiotic if the wings were actually in proportion to the body of the ship. The quadjumper is the dud of the wave. Your comment is literally the opposite of every comment I've seen so far.

As I said, I have no hard feelings towards it. It's definitely a slap in the face though. And for the record, I despise both the gunboat and the avenger.
Conditions just allow for mechanic diversity. How is that a bad thing?condition cards are worse than the Rebels stealing a ship..

Ask WizKids and their clix minatures games...

Not only that (but that's a HUGE thing)...
...it's also another instance of FFG putting the pilots we WANT to see in the game...in the wrong ships.
Ahsoka should have been in an A-Wing expansion with another Hera pilot, Dicer, and a generic 'Phoenix Squadron' pilot. Captain Rex should have been a crew upgrade.
I dunno, it's not awful, it's just...an odd choice. And that it's such an odd 'scraping the bottom of the barrel in canon so as to avoid touching the EU at all' choice...bodes ill for some EU ships people do still WANT to see...
Yeah i don't feel as bummed out as i was by the punisher/k-wing reveal but definitely feel they could have done better this wave.

I'm not worried about the miniswarm being OP. Think about it, 4 TIE Fighters escorting Corran Horn. It's just morally wrong.
And how many TIE Fighters were released already? You can slap a bunch of titles and conditions to an A-wing to make it fresh, and there is more than enough pilots that actually flew this ship in the canon sources, including four in Rebels alone.
They're identical models. Not close. Identical.
Enlighten me.

Sabine's TIE is an identical model, just repainted.

I don't think so. I think they just want to fit as many Rebel and TFA ships into the game as they can while those things are still popular and part of the current star wars universe.
There's only so many TFA and Rebels ships they can put in at a time, so this doesn't mean we'll not see any EU ships being added in.
The Black Bat was a logical inclusion.
Sabines TIE........ Eh? I honestly have no opinion, I mean I can see why but... it's not the right precedent. Lambda i'd so first.
Quad jumper feels like a shoe in because they need something scummy and wanted something from rebels/TFA.

Sorry, that wasnt all directed at you. Just piggybacking off the comment about EU ships
Think about it, 4 TIE Fighters escorting Corran Horn. It's just morally wrong.
If you look at what happened in the EU, it's likely at one point that actually happened. I mean it wasn't unheard of for Rebels to fly stolen Ties or anything...

And I'm sure Imperials flew stolen X-wings in some sources.
Still, morally wrong. You can get executed in quite a few places for such heresy.
