Player brings all debris (obstacles).

Ventress dumps cargo chutes onto chokepoints and tractor beam victims onto debris field while giving stress (tactician).

On the next turn, Binayre Pirates bump, swarm enemies and slice them down.

What do you guys think? Savagely Effective? Effective? or Ineffective? Discuss!

I Likey. Much Likey. Only recommendation is to drop Squad Leader. I can see the idea but you are most likely going to want to use Ventress' action for the moving the arc or dropping debris. Maybe VI to compete with quizzy, vess, and OL? Fearlessness to discourage R1 shots? Lots of options.

True about VI !!! My only concern with VI is that Ventress will become PS 8 and will be bidding with 100 pts; am I still likely to win the bid against quizzy, vess, or OL lists?

I also thought of putting in crackshot or lightning reflex. lol

Reflexes are small ship only, but I'm excited about Ventress as well. Good to see I'm not the only one. I'm tempted to use daredevil or expert handling with her, but that's just me....

VI costs less than Squad Leader so why would you still be at 100?

Even if you lose the bid on VI, you still get simultaneous fire on the last shot, so might still be worth it... but I always like to think there's a better choice than VI, and Squad Leader could be it in this case

You don't really want Ventress moving after aces since she wants to drop debris clouds in their face before they move. With that said, I don't think Squad Leader is necessarily the right choice here; between her Cargo Chutes and repositioning her arc, she seems pretty action intensive already. Wingman might be a good choice since the Zs will have to avoid the debris clouds too. Even Determination I could see being useful (with 7 hull, it's pretty likely to trigger at some point).

Potentially a hilarious counter to Dengaroo, as long as you can contrive not to get them popped before they have the chance to Slice somehow.
