Hi all it just dawned on me that the dice issue which some have could be resolved with an app.
You could even put various cards ect on there i mean the sky is the limit...
What do you think?

I've got all the under the hood stuff working and a very lame UI done for iPhone.
Next is the art pass.
It does collect each die result as rolled so going back over the entire roll is possible, not just the sucess/boon/bane/etc counts.
Now can anyone make one for my bberry storm =)

No need to comment on what you might think the legal issues are, without FFG stating this is ok, I won't go forward.
Looks really good and even though I'm a sucker for large quantities of dices I would still get that.

If this app is nothing but a dice roller, i don't see why FFG would deny it since we already have an online dice roller. Of course, they might take issue if you charge for it.

Unfortunately, FFG cannot allow this at this time. I have official word from them. Don't be a jerk and bash them as I've been in many an IP battles and it's not worth it for either side.
If you don't understand their decision, that's your problem. I understand and I am complying.
To me, I don't mind at all. It's been a great learning experience doing standard UI based iPhone work as opposed to pure game stuff I've done before.
I can understand the deciesion however i think they could profit by supporting it...
I guess its about stopping fraud ect...
Howver if i wanted to create the dice from scratch its not that difficult is it..
A bit time consuming but not difficult..
So why not profit from it for themselves...
