I originally thought it might be "Black Market Slicer Tools", but I think read somewhere (SW wiki?) that the Black Sun are known for their skilled Slicers..

...so then I thought, OK, more likely "Black Sun Slicer Tools" and still fixated on it being an Illicit...

...this thread has definitely swung me towards "Black Sun Slicer (Tech)".

I guess I should have stuck with that initial gut instinct.
