OK, the preview of the Shadow Caster expansion pack came with tons of goodies, but I'm wondering if it does Emon Amazeen any good. Can he use his pilot ability to control where he drops the cargo, or since it isn't a "bomb" does it not count? I'd guess the latter, but I really want this to work so I figured I'd double check.

There is no need to FAQ anything there. Stop asking for an FAQ entry every time you want a card to do what it is not written on it.

Emon Azzameen check for bomb dropping, and the new upgrade is an Illicit not a bomb. There is absolutly no confusion there.

the confusion is "like a bomb" and despite the entire paragraph saying nothing akin to bomb other than those 3 words people are fixated on "ITS A BOMB RIGHT?!" for some reason.

Its not a bomb. You deploy it "like a bomb" as in you use the same exact rules for placing it, but otherwise its not even related.
