So I was thinking in a squad with Bossk and I ended up thinking about this relation:

If Bossk attacks a ship with R4-D6, and let's suposse the attack goes like this (after the defense is rolled):

Crit-Hit-Hit

The ship with R4-D6 doesn't get his right to cancel (because it already has only 2 uncancelled hits) and THEN Bossk can activate and turn this crit to 2 more hits making the attack 4 hits?
Or you use initiative to decide who activates first?
