Starting to play more rebel and scum now that I'm not playing as many tournaments and playing more casual games. So because of that I just purchased a Ywing and have access to a copy of r3a2, he triggers when you declare the target if you have the BTLA4 title can you declare 2 separate targets from your primary attack and the secondary Turret attack therefore giving two different ships stress tokens?

Yes or the same ship two stress tokens. Note that this works as the title gives you two entire attacks. A TLT shot with the stressbot would be a single stress even though there are two attack rolls.
