I just talked with a guy at our local store who is organizing an open play night on Mondays for the foreseeable future, so I will start tracking when I go.

This is more to track each time and event. The reason is so that we can track ups and downs in the community as well as growth at locations and decline.
The information gathered here is not perfect but the more we gather and the more people who post consistently will allow us to be better informed.
