So the base of this build is having Home One on the MC80 assault, quad turbolasers, spinals, and veteran gunners on the MC80 battle.
Although gunnery team is very tempting as well, but I like the synergy of veteran gunners. With the remaining points we could go defensive or offensive. I think the base of the build is enough firepower so I opted to go for a much more defensive remainder where my main goal is to have both big ships survive to the 5th round.

My plan is to mostly spam repair commands and hope the natural power from the offensive upgrades and anti-squadron armaments are enough attrition to justify forgoing squadrons and CF commands. In terms of positioning, ideally Home One would split down the middle of the enemy formation and have double broadside arcs and the Endeavor on one side to clean up. And the Redemption to hand out shields. On the other hand, if the Endeavor trails Home One in the right spot and if Home One can split the enemy formation so there's two targets on both sides maybe it would be better to have gunnery teams than veteran gunners, although I do not think I could get this scenario very often.
