You may ignore the "X Only" restriction of any on card you equip on this ship.

The idea here is that Jabba's connections can buy someone, anyone. He can arrange for an imperial to join him for mutual interest, or even a pilot's "Special Modifications" that they've made for their own ship.

Now Jabba takes 2 crew, so you aren't going to be able to fit the emperor in a scum list anytime soon, but pretty much everything else looks to be up for grabs.

How could this completely brake the game? What modifiers should be made to it? You Could put Jabba and Vader both on a YV-666, but now it's suddenly REALLY expensive. You could equip the Outrider Title to Bossk. I think the Punishing One title might be a bit wild, but on a YV-666 or a Scum Huge ship I don't think it would be out of control. Especially for the cost.

Yeah, you couldn't make it that generic or it will be abused. You'd have to specify something like Rebel/Imperial only.

That said people will be up in arms for being allowed to have Darth Vader serve at Jabba's whim.

Oh man, it would probably break the game, but I like it.

That said people will be up in arms for being allowed to have Darth Vader serve at Jabba's whim.

He's not serving Jabba - he was having a MEETING with Jabba in secret, when they were ambushed by rebel scum! Naturally Darth Vader assisted in the battle. He needs to finish the meeting and get information about the young rebel who blew up the Death Star.

The Huge Ship Only stuff could potentially be a problem - but man that WOULD be kinda cool. Imagine Tarkin with Jabba - THAT would be sick. Tarkin is one of the best upgrades in the game.

Exclude titles, obviously, because that makes no sense - Tie/x7 on the Jumpmaster? And it will break a lot of ships.

Outside of that, I love it. Systems Officer could revive/make relevant Scum Z-95 swarms.

Ordnance Tubes on ship capable of fitting Jabba and a Torp/missile.

eh most of the huge ship only stuff is either very weak/expensive or literally cannot work unless you are huge. Only thing that comes to mind is Ordnance Tubes, which wouldnt add anything but it would let you ignore the discard this card point. Everything else requires energy or a slot nonhuge dont have

That would be both funny and thematic.

I like the idea of him getting rebels and imperials alike over to his side to lend a hand, but I agree with others that with Titles it gets a little crazy.

k....so if that ever becomes a thing someone needs to make a competitive list where Jabba has Han crew aboard. And we need an alt art for the card for him to be frozen in carbonite.

I would want this 'ignore faction' rule to work on crew cards only (I always thought he should steal something ) and I would like it to have an additional effect that reflects his brutal and fearsome reputation.

Using Rancor-Pie Bombs

To drop a Rancor-Pie bomb use 1-straight template in the rear guides of your ship to place the poodoo token on the play area. This bomb is treated like an obstacle. The first ship to overlap the poodoo token cannot perform any attacks at the next opportunity to attack.

Darth Vader doesn't go to meet with criminal scum, criminal scum comes to meet with Vader.

Chiraneau crew would be a nice addition too, if there would be a way to get Jabba on Oicunn.

But you dont have an energy stat so where is that energy going?

i do. By no means competitive because i loathe huge ship rules but i adore ... huge ships lol.

i field the raider purely because its a giant model. Its usually underwhelming for me for its cost.

Pretty much the only reason i got a Ta'unar for 40k is because GIANT F'ING GUNDAM SUIT lol

no way. the titles would be the best part in my opinion.

thing is, currently only the yt666 has 2+ crew for scum. I dont recall if the shadow in wave9 has 2 but i dont think it did.

So literally its only the YT666 and wahtever epic ship Jabba comes in that this would work on.

It's a fun idea, but the cost is much too high. There's no EPT or Crew who's worth their cost, PLUS another five points and two crew slots. Not when you can have 4-LOM and Zuckuss in that ship for 2pts total.
