Recent events in the news remind us that local law enforcement is what maintains our peaceful and civil society. Some people aim to disrupt that peace. We aim to support our men and women in blue because they are the ones that risk their lives just by going to work.

I will be running a charity tournament at Dragon's Lair in Austin, TX to raise money for the Assist the Officer (Dallas) foundation. The entry fee will be a minimum of $5 but you are encouraged to donate more than that.

The event will start at 11am on July 30th.

The event will be following the escalation format (see the tournament regulations for how this format works; you will need 4 lists, each one building on the prior one). We will have a top cut depending on attendance. The new FAQ will be in effect and everything released up to then will be legal.

We will be offering up vouchers for wave 9 release as well as a few other prizes. ATX 512 Squadron will be offering the Golden Raider in our continuing struggle against our fellow pilots down south in San Antonio, TX.

I am contacting the 501st to see if we can get some assistance. We will be offering up baked goods. All proceeds will be donated to the ATO.

Let's do more than hope the families of the slain officers are okay. Let's put our money where our hearts are and do something good for the community.
