Being Milk-Allurgic and not being able to have IceCream.
(And no, I'm not Lactose Intolerant, I am one of the 1:150,000 intolerants who is actually milk-allurgic... To go along with Cocoa, and Artificial Colours and Flavours....)
You know that there are water-based Ice Cream, essentially made of frozen fruits, which are absolutely awesome ?

Sorbets are pretty great, and Chapman's makes a pretty good one in Canada. I know it's all natural flavours but I'm not a hundred percent about colours.
I've been holding off saying anything at all because I feel like a bit of an ingrate: I generally detest dairy (except greek/icelandic yoghurt), alcohol, fatty or oily foods, and red meats. But allergic, cats and frigging poplar trees. Stupid trees.
Has it really been nearly 60 days since the last IFF? Huh, I knew it was a long time but is this their equivalent of the Wave 2 hiatus? A sick sick Armada joke? Still looking forward to gencon for the CCCP, and -ahem- The last Regional Tournament! Also, obligatory:
I've mostly converted to Almond and Coconut milks for all uses except one:
Hot coffee is absolute garbage once you add those things. It's texture becomes something downright scientific. I buy half and half or I drink it black. Depends on how good the coffee I can get is.
I'd be rocked by a peanut allergy. I freaking love peanut butter.
But happier note: surprising the fiancee with a new range today. Waiting until she goes to work later and I'll skip back home for the delivery. Amazing what unlimited OT and no new FFG products to buy leads to.

I was here a couple weeks ago we had some hardcore anal Armageddon with my son having it come out of both ends. A 19 month old can just leek from a diaper in no time flat. I feel your pain
