Performing an action and being assigned tokens isn't the same thing.

Recon Specialist makes a "Focus Action" assign 2 focus tokens to your ship, instead of 1. It doesn't let you perform a Focus Actions twice.

Also, Lando crew is not a focus action.

Advanced Sensors plus PTL and EI would let you do 3 actions, one of which must be from your bar and another from an upgrade, before moving. You cannot perform the same action twice though.

If you have Advanced Sensors, you can perform an action before revealing your dial and executing your manoeuvre, and this can give you two options:

1. If you choose a focus action first, you can use Experimental Interface to perform a "Lando" action, but not Push the Limit as that only allows an action from your action bar. When you perform a focus action, if you have a Recon Specialist, you will assign your ship 2 focus tokens, and after Lando, you assign whatever you rolled as tokens.
2. If you choose a "Lando" action first, you roll two dice and assign whatever you rolled as tokens, then you can use Push the Limit to perform a focus action, but not Experimental Interface as that only allows an action from a card with an "Action:" header (such as Lando).

BUT... you can't perform the same action twice in a round, no matter what the action.

And what you've described above sounds like two separate attacks. As others have just stated, spending a token is not the same as performing an action to get that token. You can only spend one token for its normal effect during each attack. You cannot spend two (or more) evade tokens to add two (or more) evade results anymore.

redviperofdorne, I think you should re-read the rules reference section on actions.

You don't seem to have understood the difference between :

• Taking an Action
• Acquiring a token
• Spending a token

Mostly you just need to get a good handle on the rules, then read the card, do what it says, don't do what it doesn't say.

No.

When you perform a "Lando Action" you roll two "defense" dice and basically get the results as tokens. There is nothing that modifies those dice nor is there anything that increases or decreases the number of dice rolled. This is not a defense so there is nothing that could let you reroll those either. Lando is an Action of its own and may not be repeated if that is how you were looking at rolling for dice for possible tokens.

I have no idea what Advanced Sensors have to do with this unless it's just because you were hoping to use PtL or EI before revealing a Green maneuver and clearing the Stress from PtL/EI.

If the idea was to perform the Lando Action twice then PtL would not have helped you anyway as PtL only allows your extra action to come from the ship's Action Bar and NOT from an upgrade card like Lando. EI on the other hand REQUIRES the extra action to be from an upgrade card.

I see Recon Specialist mentioned and it has no interaction with Lando Crew at all. It only functions to give +1 Focus token when the "Focus Action" is taken. IF you happen to have multiple Recon Specialist on a ship all will trigger if the Focus Action is taken resulting in +1 token per Recon Specialist.
