Cylone lose their characters' abilities (rulebook p. 20).

We turn over our character card when we reveal to indicate that the card is essentially blank after you reveal.

Also note, that cylon players don't receive a crisis step during their turn, so Roslyn's ability wouldn't come into play anyway.
