Ok. Shara is equipped with R5-K6 (the droid who after you spend a target lock, roll a green die and on an evade get the TL back...cannot spend on same attack...bloody awful, but wait) TL's a defender. Another friendly ship rolls up range 1-2 from Shara sporting an R7 droid (spend a target lock for attacker to re-roll attack dice). After ship 2 spends Shara's TL as it's own, does Shara get to roll to re-acquire the TL?

Short answer: No.

If someone else spends Shara's lock, it's no longer hers, and therefore won't be able to trigger R5-K6 for her. If the other ship had R5-K6, then that would trigger the droid.
