Ok kids who is going to Gencon next week? Also this year, if at least 10 or more of you can post some wave 9 pics that would be wonderful. It seems like in the past only 1 or 2 people take pictures and then everyone shares them leaving out a lot. I want every angle, from every directions, and also the huge showcase of all the x-wing stuff in its glory.

Also if wave 9 is for sale spoil everything. (but be kind enough to say SPOLIER in the forum header before you do so) some of us don't care if we see everything early but want to be kind to those who do care.

Other games have had significantly reduced announcement to release time lately. I also play Imperial Assault. We got a new Wave Announced in Early March that dropped in Early June and ANOTHER new wave (a small wave, to be fair) announced in May and released in July.

It could totally happen. Heroes will likely be there, too.

As a frequent vassal player, an early release that I couldn't get my hands on literally for a few months wouldn't bother me much.

And don't give me hope! I need to keep my expectations supremely low so if it does happen, I am as happy as ever.

Wave 9 will be there. It's why they've been doing the spoilers. Maybe some Heroes as well.

What are the chances of obtaining the new ships day 1? I suspect that's why many of us elected to fly in Flight 2 on Friday, so Thursday we can stand in line in the exhibit hall all day. I seem to remember them rationing the ships, with a certain amount sold each day, and I'd hate to miss out since Thursday is my only shot.

I'll be there and I'll be buying anything new that will be available. Unfortunately, I'll be working 9-7 every day so this is all going to be very tricky... Hurray volunteering!

Seriously though, I completely agree. If there's no wave 9, I'll be super suprised. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if the new Falcon was there. Also, wave 10 announcement and who knows what else. My money is on some new fangled campaign thing like they just announced with Armada.

If they do a box for a x-wing camp, I really hope they just buy out HOTAC and package it.

FFG buy out an outside product? I've been trying to get them to do that for years! Good luck HOTAC folks. They deserve some mad credit though.

On Friday, I'll be one of many taking in the annual FFG "In-Flight Report". I always enjoy seeing what's coming down the pike, but my bank account cringes at the sight of all the awesome gaming choices, new and established games.

I will be there but I'm doing X-wing Thursday and Netrunner Friday(the day of FFG's In Flight if I'm not mistaken) so the chances I'd be able to spoil anything first are slim.
