Ok. Most people on the forum seem to agree that mid PS pilots tend not to get used, even if their ability is good, do to being shot down before they can really do anything, Bigs being an exception to this since his role is to keep the big guns alive for longer, and Fel'a Wrath can fire for the whole round, even if he's destroyed. The question I have though is could Kad Solus get to see more use? His pilot ability lets him get two focus tokens for performing a red maneuver, increasing his odds of getting a shot off before he's knocked out. I've also thought of using him as a torpedo carrier with Deadeye and an APT. What do you guys think? Will Kad get a lot of use or will he fall out of play because of his PS.

A lot depends on his dial, but I think he's going to be a Ryad-like solid mid-PS guy but tough to get to the tip top of competitiveness because of that mid PS.

Deadeye/APT is going to be very solid on him.
