Ya, you could make an argument that Leebo is as well, but I'm assuming the new PS 3 YT-1300 will be correctly priced, meaning we wouldn't want a discount on that ship, further throwing the ORS out the window.

I'm seriously saddened they didn't give the ORS or WSF any help with a card that could have EASILY given them a nice fix...

I think the Rey-Predator Han comparison is not strictly equitable, because Rey has an EPT slot open, which means she's a little less punchy and situational than Han, but cheaper with more of a customization option open.

I like the idea of dropping the debris field out of Dash. Cause he wouldn't care about it later on but he would lose that ever so useful EU.

ORS and WSF both have the potential to be very annoying as a blocker. Blair Bunke drove me to fits during a store championship match with a WSF equipped with an Intel Agent and APL. Now you're giving him access to the Feedback Array? Well, that's just super.

Still a 0 point modification that gives you illicit slot. It is more like a restrict your modification points to 3 and gain an illicit slot. Thing is there are plenty of good 3 point modifications (hull upgrade comes to mind). However as large ships love engine upgrade the question is what illicit slot would be worth sacrificing engine upgrade?

Dengar has already shown how great Countermeasures with Glitterstims can be. Feedback Array will pair well with either APL or Ion Projectors. Eaden Vrill can generate his own stress now by dropping a debris cloud on his target. And you can always plug in EI with Leebo crew to keep that Boost action.

For me on the other hand the 1300 has been one of my favorite ship ever since it was released (before c3p0 or predator even existed) and i've taken it to numerous tournaments, so i'd argue i have decent experience flying the ship (more than other ships anyway).

I've only proxied Rey in 3 games but my experience was that she*s rather unimpressive, which is also backed up by the math provided above. I was lucky to pull off her ability maybe 1/3 of the time.

I surely hope that the unspoilled cards in that pack breathe new life into the 1300 because there's not much point to flying it (over jm5ks) right now.

Have you also been proxying the new title? I'm surprised you're not finding more synergy there. I haven't played with either Rey or the new title, so I can't say from experience.

The other thing: what EPT are you running on Rey?

I do hope that the New Han pilot text is useful enough that people won't be running a version of it as an EPT. Seems a bit weak. :/

To be fair, about 2 years ago the Oxford English dictionary just gave in and accepted that people will use literally to mean figuratively.

It's an Illicit so it needs to have a drawback- so it's one time use. Expert Handling is not the same at all. How else would you make the card? FFG did it right. It's not a free action because the only other ship right now is the K-wing (and can't take the Snuggling Compartment).

Another off topic thought: I think getting a SLAM out of my Aggressor might be cool.

The pre-errata barrel-roll didn't grant a free action. It instructed you to perform a barrel-roll.

It was received errata because it allowed a ship to barrel-roll twice in a round, not because the rules didn't work. Because this is a one shot card, even if there was a ship that could take it that had the SLAM action, it wouldn't be broken to allow that ship to SLAM twice in a round once a game.

You could also burn Adrenaline Rush to essentially not move (still would need room for the maneuvers). S-Loop with Adreniline Rush, SLAM into an S-Loop back to where you started.
