"Stories which I particularly recommend include my battle with Tentacled God of R’lyeh and my adventures in a galaxy both far away and ancient"
Star Wars part of the new Munchhausen Rôle-playing game?
I've given that bit a read, and it seems like it's a "My Story is More Outlandish Than Yours" game, where a player, on their turn, spins a story based on another player's prompt, while other players interject to mix or confuse the storyteller and grab the spotlight, as it were. The quoted statement probably means that the game is not setting-specific, and that players can play this game by spinning tales based on whichever mythos or setting they agree on at the table.
I thought that too but it was so specifically refering to the third part of the book that I started to doubt again.
Either way, it sounds like an absolute blast.
Depending on the price point, I may just pick this up. Sounds like a good party game.

No doubt if I am picking this up. This looks like so much fun!
A couple of years ago at a convention, I ran a "Tales of Mos Eisley" table using the Munchhausen rules. It was a hoot! I think the two blend together nicely.
