So by the time my shop has it, I'll be out of town for vacation. Awesome.
At least it's a fun trip planned. 6th row near mid field for the Eagles/Steelers preseason game and wineries.
You would have to wait 11 days after release. That is the new policy. This way you don't have this dropping days before a tournament.

Thats technically a north american rule, but I cant imagine the uk distributor rule being much different.
The easiest thing to do would be to ask them.
... Since the Rule "Outside of North America" is to... um...

I have word from a representative of the German publisher that they expect wave 3 next week. As she said that this means that it will be legal for the German Nationals September 2nd I assume she talks about the German version (needs to be available 14 days before an event to be legal).
She also said that wave 4 wont make it in time to be legal, so its likely not arriving more than two weeks before the Nationals, and hence not at the same time as wave 3. Again, I assume she talks about the German version.
I actually was hoping wave 3 wouldnt make it in time...complicates matters and doesnt give much time for playtesting. Vassaaaaaaaal!

As said in the other thread, Canadian distributor shows as wave 3 and 4 in stock, FLGS reports they can order but word on the street is that FFG is enforcing a street date of the 11th...
