Quick Bio:

Tye Hailstorm of the Slums of Tython grew up a street urchin, No Parents or family to guide him, he lived day to day, stealing food and doing whatever to survive. At the Age of 7 he was found by Jedi Knight Vaal Sun, who noticed this young child's connection to the force, after retrieving Tye from that life of poverty, he was brought on as a Padawan in 40BBY, During my Training it was realized that Tyes major weakness was ironically the one thing that got him found, and saved in the first place, He has a horrible aptitude of controlling the Force. For 7 Years He trained to try and control the force while becoming more and more skilled in Dueling, and the different forms.
During a Mission Tye and his Master Vaal, were sent by the Order to subdue and capture a Menace to the republic. When making it to the Forest planet where the menace was located, Tye and His Masters ship was ambushed and in the conflict destroyed, Stuck, Stranded and with no way to communicate the Order, they remained. For 8 Months Tye and his Master hunted, and Tracked down their target, Finally confronting him after months of cat and Mouse. Realizing that his Goal was to drain the Jedi master of his Endurance by dragging this chase on for so long, He took Master Vaals Lack of stamina as his opportunity to strike, He got a strike in on him Leaving him Poisoned and slowly suffering unless Tye could get some type of anti-Venom. Tye was Stuck having to fight off 2 Highly skilled Fighters, and used him Primary form of combat, Saber dueling as his 1 and only option. After a long and strenuous battle he struck them down, Taking their ship, and their Bodies back to the council to be buried per their cultural backgrounds. Tye returned and was Prematurely Knighted by Jedi Master Mace Windu after Hearing Vaal's Story of the entire ordeal. Only a few Months later, The clones wars began...

What I'm trying to do with this character is as follows.

  1. Have him be Solely reliant of Dueling as his primary focus of combat, in Game, he shows a love of the Forms, and wishes to master them all in order.
  2. His Force Powers display themselves Narratively as the the Force Reinforcing his Physical Features giving him enhanced Speed, Agility, and Strength.
  3. His Force abilities also re-actively try and "Suppress" aggressive attacks of the force on him.

Considering these above, Do you think that this character is Viable in a Clone wars Campaign? and wholly possible even after Order 66? any Critiques? Do you not like One trick ponies of Duelist Super masters? Let me know, This is my first character in the Game, and my first actual Campaign and I'm hoping to End up Being the Groups, Battle Master/ Guy they Call when S*it hits the fan.

First off, and the only major issue I see XP wise is that if your using the Knight Level Play guidelines then you're limited to 3 Skill ranks for any skill and you have 4 listed for Lightsaber.

My other comment would be that it's quite uncommon for a GM to be giving 2 full power Lightsabers at character creation. If one was a Training Saber then that would be much better from a balance perspective.

Otherwise it's a nice tank/beatstick character. Being focused is ok, so long as it doesn't become your only solution to every single problem. Play to their flaws, find something you can do in most encounters and you will be fine. With that agility you would be a useful Co-Pilot for instance, or you could shift that 3 to Intelect or Cunning to have a better dice pool for some of the less combat focused skills.

Pertinant Skills:

Lightsaber4, Athletics, Cool, Coordination, Dicipline, Melee(brawl)

If I'm not mistaken you used

1 Point for Athletics and Cool and Melee(brawl) for you career (Warrior)

Then 1 Point for Lightsaber and Coordination for your Spezialisation (Shii-Cho)

AND

Then only 1 Point for a non career-skill Diciplin - Where is the second one you benefit from as human??

Also for Knightlevel as Richardbuxton already mentioned Skill of 3 of maxed out.

Then 2 Lightsaber + attachments & Mods... that's also not Knightlevelplay

Ether 1 Lightsaber + 500 Credits

or

No Lightsaber but 500 Credits + 10.000 Credits

But well, that's up to the GM...

Since you also choosed the Makashi tree my advise would be to start your Characteristics:

Brawn 3

Agility 3
Intellect 2
Cunning 2
Willpower 3 (for better defence against force powers with disciplin checks)
Presence 3 (to be able to use the makashi swordtricks better)

Therefore of course you need to get lost of talent worth 20 points in the rest. But that will be recoverd with in the first 1-2 sessions so no reason to hesitate

(but that's a low invest comparingt to the 85XP you'll need in makashi to achiev the dedication or the 100 in the Shii-Choo tree)

I agree with the above posters. This character does not have the Presence for Makeshi. He's more suited to Ateru or a second lightsaber spec.

Thank you all for the Fast replies!!, But we are actually, well Within maybe the 7-8th Session, I started with 1 Saber and after Dueling a Sith Acolyte I gained a second one lol.

We all actually started with only 110 + Whatever bonuses character creation gave us, We worked up to 145xp (Which is now actually at 210).

The Plan for him is to Solely have all of the Dueling stances in order of creation, So I guess Raising my Characteristics would be smart as well. with my New points, I've been focusing on getting Parry ranks, as well as Grit and other skills.

My Plan as the clone wars continue is to Dip into Starfighter Ace or Aggressor for those skills since I'm a Fighter at heart. But Thank you all for the Love and support, Is there anything else I should be considering?

Well, since you're already playing, further advice about how to spend STARTING experience seems dead. Have fun, though!! :)

Only further advice would be:

don't divert you XP to much on different trees, concentrate on 2 + your Force Powers, otherwise you risk on becoming the "Jack-of-all-trades-of-no-trades-at-all"

other than that: JUST HAVE FUN - and remember the force will be with you... always
