Ohhh good question. . . I would like to see a title that reduces an armament value but reduces the ships points accordingly. Maybe for the Victory. . . Hmmm
I would like to see a third title onto the MC30 that lets it stop a card from being discarded once per activation.

Mon Karen is good, but it's not as OP and auto take as it seems right now. From personal experience running the an Ackbar Defiance, once you start throwing 8 dice around, your opponent rarely get's to throw out more than 1 defense token anyway, usually through ECM. MK works like an insurance policy though.

Yeah, I definitely still believe that the title to upgrade a Victory's Speed should cost 37 points.

Honestly, there are many ways to increase the combat capability of a Victory without making it speed 3, or Yaw more... Titles that give interesting upgrade slots for one (even Support Team for Engine Techs, if you really wanted to...), Defensive retrofit. But even with that, there's more to it... A Victory Bomber-Carrier with projection experts would be a fitting assistance to an Interdictor force, for example...

Nice. Just as an aside we already sort of had MK with XI7s since XI7s basically nullified redirects. Really, I think an MK type title would be more useful on a smaller ship, but maybe not at that price point.
Unfortunately, it wouldn't fit on a card, so you'd NEVER see it in this Format, but:
You may resolve multiple defence tokens of the same type on an attack.
2x Brace: Halve Damage, Rounding up, then Halve again, Rounding up.
2x Redirect: Choose Two Hull zones to redirect to.
2x Evade: Choose two Dice to Reroll/Ignore
2x Contain: Cannot resolve any critical effects.

I like the card,but I'm not sure it's worth 8 points. Take a Liberty with XI7s and a Liberty with MK, with the same damage roll against almost anything, an ISD for example, and the difference is 1 damage on another shield zone.
-edit - I do realize that sometimes it all comes down to 1 extra damage.

But back on topic, I want to see a Tie Defender-esque title for the VSD that lowers the point cost by at least 5 points and drops engineering or squad value and adds 1 more click of yaw. Also on the wish list is an cheaper efficient medium based Imp ship that will make Konstantine cry tears of joy.
How about a gladiator title called "I Think We Need A Bigger Glad" which adds two hull and allows you to put it on a medium base and make it a medium ship?

That's an neat idea to get around the contain tokens on the big ships. I'm a bit more partial to just doing more damage so I've been liking Spinal Armaments, XI7s, and Leading Shots on a Liberty because I like fishing for the red dice double hit.
So the thing about Mon Karren is that it simply removes the ability for people to use defense tokens more than once by combining the right upgrades.

I found the Star Cruiser with XI7, Spinal and Mon Karren to be fantastic. It is more expensive than just XI7's and HTT's but I get Spinal where as to get the same level of red I would have to use a Battlecruiser

I don't think anyone is doubting that is a bad build, but it's really a matter of keeping track of when MK actually helps you. You could probably drop MK from that and see almost no fall off in damage, depending on target of course, but as in the ISD example, it only lets you push 1 more damage through.

If you drop MK you do see a fall because now you only have XI7's to mitigate. They can still brace, redirect, and evade (Gladiator, Needa, etc) while HTT's and XI7's can still get hit all 3 and mitigate 4 damage and take the rest on the shields.
Mon Karren means that if you accuracy their brace they can only redirect or evade. They mitigate far less damage.
