Does anyone know if the e-web engineer has been stated out in any of the core or splat books?

I think the snowtroopers have the heavy repeating blaster in its stat block. But it's not that hard to make one: take the base stats for the stormtroopers or the scout troopers, add Gunnery (if it's not there), and add the heavy repeating blaster.

Any word on that Soldier's supplement or specifically if they've gone into detail on what it contains?
