This list is super pre-alpha, but it seems pretty solid...

Fleet created with Armada Warlords

I would ditch the flotilla as it is only controlling your 3 squadrons and others can do that. Once your 3 fighters are locked in combat with even a moderate fighter force you aren't getting them out of it for most of the rest of the game so don't need squadron commands really.

Warlord is a little expensive at the moment so use the spare points to upgrade the VSD to an ISD-I with maybe XI7 lasers. It can plot a squadron command turn 2 and or 3 and then get stuck into the fight. An ISD also can make more use out of Ozzel as it can get up to speed 3 (or down from speed 3).

Alternatively drop the Raider instead. Frees up more points for ISD upgrades, change Insidious to Demolisher and add a few more fighters. Give the Gozanti slicer tools and maybe Suppressor (and Avenger for the ISD) for an evil way to avoid an enemy brace.

I feel like grav shift and those objectives might not interact in the way you are thinking.

That said I am glad to see a list thats terrifying in multiple objectives.
