In the campaign, if a Hired Gun next to Verana is defeated, what is triggered first - his parting shot, or her close quarters? I'm thinking his parting shot as it is triggered when he has lost health but before being defeated, and then is defeated. Her close quarters is triggered on the figure being defeated, am I correct?

Parting Shot explicitly says that it happens before the figure is defeated.
