Before playing RTL yesterday, I downloaded the RTL update 1.1.4 (163) made available the day before (July 22nd). I figured I may as well have the latest version of the app for the fixes supplied.

Unfortunately, after processing that update, I am unable to load any on-going saved campaigns. When you attempt to do so, the app crashes.

You can start new campaigns just fine.

First, I wanted others to be aware of this.

Second, I wanted to see if others were having the same issue if they had already downloaded the app.

Third, I was curious as to what is the proper method for providing this kind of feedback to FFG so that this issue gets resolved? Is there a special bug reporting process for RTL, or do you just send a question to their rules link?

Yes, it seems to be a bug. It happened to me yesterday. I couldn't log any campaign I have, which really scared me because I have one right about to end.

Anyway, I was really worry because I was going to be enable to play with my friends. However, I solve it (sort of) by creating a new campaign, saving it and quitting that campaign, back on to the menu, I immediately loaded the campaign I want.

I am not sure how to report bugs, but there's a post in the subforum to post issues like this. From what I have experience, FFG really pays attention to it continuously, so you can try that. I bet someone will eventually post how to report bugs, so waiting is another option.
