Do your self a favor, and run some sandpaper over those magnets. Concrete and skateboard grip tape work equally well. Creates a less smooth surface, generates the friction required for stable ships.
on topic: chipper crew is valuable (when you otherwise wouldn't take crew) because he keeps you flexible. A friend runs him as part of a double ghost build, because he's got the health to spare and being able to take actions after a 5k is neato
He's great on Ezra with Rage as a Kamikaze Phantom.
Awesome on a k-wing if you've no points to spare. Not least because they're the ship with the action to most justify such a panic button.
