Okay, I'm really excited about Obi-Wan and the Grand Inquisitor and I can't decide which one to play tomorrow! So show me some awesome lists!
Lists with Obi-Wan or the Grand Inquisitor?
While they're both solid pieces, I don't think either is something that you could/should build an entire squad around - other than being aggresively costed dudes that go around and beat stuff with laser swords, they offer no additional synergies or strategies. It seems to me if you want to play either one, the best course would probably be to simply take your best/favourite Imp or Reb build and just insert Kenobi or TGI into that.

I played this Obi-wan list this week and it was quite fun, went 3-1 in local play.

Give Diplotmatic Mission to Gideon and have him at first help the smuggler squad run their components. Not you can use the little smugglers to block LOS to the 4 pointer, and with him you can usually sneak into your opponents base some sort of back way in a few turns. This also forces your opponent to split and Gideon Focused alliance smugglers are no joke with that Stun.
Leia Luke and Obi-wan can usually spread a bit around the objective and hold it. Obi-wan really hampers peoples ability to interact, and the twins can triple shot anything that tries to contest. 3P0 is the hardest piece to manage. It'd be nice to send him with the smugglers for the bonus surge cancel. But they are rushing so fast it's hard to keep him caught up. I usually terminal him in range of the objective to run in and focus leia and luke. 4 dice attacks are key here.
The best thing about this team is if your opponent splits his forces to deal with your smugglers you will likely be able to win the other half battle with Leia Luke and Obi-wan. If you happen to have a successful smuggling run you can sandwhich whatever team between your two half squads.
It's not a super Tier 1 A+ team but it's a ton of fun to use some of these rebel rush mechanics. The worst part is your figure count but you do still at least have 8 activations.
Try this for the Inquisitor:

You can't have deadly precision in that rebels list. It only works on Imperial force users.
I'm working on something but don't have my things with me I think it went:
Luke
Obi Wan
Gideon
eRebel Troopers
eRebel Sabs
Then I was trying to figure out the last 4 pts I think plus a command deck (Son of Skywalker, Negation, Tough Luck, Take Init, Reinforcements? Grenadier? Just ideas) Any thoughts guys? Edits to list? I'm trying to stick with a Luke Obi Wan list right now.

True Story. Replace the Obi-Wan list with this one: http://ia-armies.com/army/FO1fAX70
eStormtrooper x2
Inquisitor
3 to 4 Officers
Add something you like: eProbe, Stormtrooper, ISBs, ... Doesn't really matter.
One that I'm looking to try is this:
9 Inquisitor
9 Elite Stormtroopers
1 Temporary Alliance
9 Elite Wing Guards
8 HK Assassin Droids
2 Imperial Officer
2 Imperial Officer
Lots of shooty range, lots of troopers, and the Keep the Peace ability to help protect the Inquisitor and Troopers and Droids.
Another option which I had originally thought of was to drop the Merc pieces (18pts total) to add another Elite Stormy group (9) and Royal Guards (8) and Zillo Technique (1). I kinda like the better range and versatility of the squad I've posted above, though. I have haven't tried any of these squads yet so I'll have to wait and see how they fare in playtesting.
