I was so happy when FFG released 3 of my favourite characters all at once, and started working on them right away. Here's good old Greedo:
I'm pleased that FFG seems to have given us the original 1977 version of Greedo (which is to say, the Greedo who is slow to fire), unlike the revised, post-1997 Greedo that shoots first but inaccurately. After all, the Greedo we get in this Villain Pack is defined by his special characteristic "Slow on the Draw". The miniature also seems to be fumbling with his pistol, which is a nice touch.
And let's hope that after the Grand Inquisitor, we'll soon get lots of other characters from Rebels .
The only thing that drives me crazy about this miniature is his excessively bendy lightsaber. I had to replace his blades (and Obi-Wan's) with thin copper wire.
What do you think, is he Snoke?
And then the best of all: SPACE GANDALF...
He's a beautiful sculpture... lots of movement and drama.
I've also created galleries with pictures of painted versions of all the Imperial Assault minis. If you're interested, you can find them here:
