I like cloaking device but I may pitch it and autothrusters to try something else.im also thinking of dropping the title off manaroo to get another Z

I constantly struggle with the punisher one title. I'm not sure Manaroo is the right pilot in your list. Manaroo is more about kiting out as a support ship giving extra focus and TLS to another player. Any pilot with the punisher one title is going to be a challenge, but you might as well so with the contract about and free up 2 points. In your build, I don't see Manaroo's ability being used much, if at all.
I love cloaking device and vi on Xizor. Slightly weakens his offensive potency, but it's fun lining perfectly up on Soontir...

I would've written more about the list, but ran out of steam. I feel comfortable not having the fire control system because Manaroo can kick TLs to Xizor.
Playing around with the idea of kangaroo helping visor be whisper lite....
But I also stripped kangaroo to fit...
