Rulebook has upside down pages and printer marks.

By player1843058, in Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay

I ordered a copy of WFRP 3rd Edition through Amazon and got my shipment this evening. Everything looked great except that as I thumbed through the "Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay Rulebook" I noticed something odd. Pages 17-33 were in upside down and still had the printers marks on them. The rulebook was the only flaw in the whole box; everything else is pristine. Do I need to ship the entire package back? Or can I get in contact with someone who might be able to just replace the rulebook?

I tried to submit this as an email from the website help, but I kept getting an ASP error on submission :(

I'd give them a call and explain your problem. I'll bet they get you fixed up in a jiffy.

Looks like the 720 elf has struck again!

Some day, I'm going to GET that 720 Elf. And it won't be pretty.

I don't know where you're located but (a) good customer service should replace that; and if not (b) almost any common law jurisdiction (UK, US, Canada) has Sales of Goods Act law that includes basic warranties of fit for purpose and merchantability which a misprinted book would break and thus you're entitled to the replacement.

Just wanted to give props to FFG. They sent me a new copy of the core rulebook to replace the bad one. Thanks FFG!!

I had some odd printer marks myself, but nothing I was worried about (I could still read the text, but it was blurry on two pages). However, my binding started to disintegrate, and now several pages are coming loose. I am a little concerned now, as I don't use my corebook all that much after having created GM sheets, but I would like my reference material to be intact!
