When the Ghost makes it's turret attack from the title/Attack Shuttle combo, it makes this attack "at the end of the combat phase". Does this mean it makes the Primary Attack, and then we resolve the attacks of the other ships before resolving the turret attack? I assume this because the Combat Phase refers to the entire round of combat with all ships. Thanks!

Yes, that's correct. It makes one attack when it activates on its initiative (which can be its primary weapon, or an equipped Torpedo or Turret upgrade if it has one), and then after everyone else has activated in the combat phase, if the Phantom is docked, the Ghost makes a turret attack with the turret equipped to the ghost.

Right, so that whole double-autoblaster Accuracy Corrector crap can be dodged if you have a way to move in the combat phase before the 2nd shot goes in.
Probably the only time i was glad i had Valen Rudor instead of a Baron or Inquis lol. Opponent says he takes 4 damage cant evade without even bothering to roll, i point out the 2nd set of 2 happens dead last, so i boost and im out of range1 for the 2nd shot

I remember when the Ghost came out, TLT did not work with the title combo. After the FAQ, does TLT now work in this fashion?
Yes they faq'd it to work as it was obviously intended but the wording didnt allow.

I wouldn't call it the obvious intent. TLT is already pretty strong on other ships, so it was also "obvious" to others that they were originally trying to avoid breaking anything by allowing the extra attack with the Ghost .
