I like they expanded the prize sets, still going to be tougher to get the Vader card (and/or whatever the other participation card is) than the year before, but not as hard. Better top prizes as well.

On OP topic, I like the alt sized rulers. Pretty flashy stuff. Pessimist in me was surprised it wasn't another coin. Though I don't have any clue what "Plastic Spot-Glossed" could mean in regards to the unannounced alt art card....
Don't the range rulers seem like the wrong ones? Like it has one for just red, and one for red, and red blue, but that's starting at the wrong side of the ruler. The single one should be black range.

That july 13 link was after the U.S. nationals, just a week or so ago, and we were told the cards/tokens from Origins would also be prizes at Gencon. Nice to see they added more to it.
