I am still having trouble getting my head round the slam move and dropping bombs. Can the K Wing drop a bomb move x" away then Slam a further x"?.

OK, you have three options:

1: Drop a bomb which drops when you reveal your manoeuvre. You can only do this when you initially reveal your dial, because SLAM has no 'reveal dial' step to trigger it. So you could drop an ion bomb when you reveal your dial to do your move, and then SLAM afterwards or not as you prefer.

2: Drop a bomb that costs an action with your normal action. So you could move and drop a Conner Net as your action.

3: Drop a bomb that costs an action after a SLAM action. You could drop it with the free action given by Advanced SLAM, or with Experimental Interface tiggered from the SLAM action. So you could move, SLAM and use ASLAM or EI to drop a Conner Net.

You can only do one of these three with a given k-wing in a given turn.
