Nuh-uh :P ! Your pants are smoking! Mine are just - HOLY S--T, MY PANTS ARE ON FIRE!!!

The books are printed in China, which had their New Year holiday last week. As I recall from various Kickstarter & other company posts, pretty much everyone in China gets a week or two or four off, so manufacturing pretty much stops for a month or so at the New Year. Hence, nothing that was at the printer before New Year's will be making it on any boats for a while. And if some of those "on the boat" products are actually "in a container at a port", they might be a while, too.

That is actually very good to know! Thank you for the multicultural elucidation! I really should know that, seeing as I study Chinese martial arts, but I didn't. And now I do :) !

Eh pants are over rated anyway... you don't need them :P

Maybe if I were to find a girlfriend I'd be more willing to part with my leg coverings, but right now? Pants seem pretty darn important >_< !!

but if they are on fire are they worth it?

So, hopefully we'll get another Age announcement soon - the line has now gone 61 days without anything upcoming, and 176 days without an announcement. Which is closing in on the top five longest gaps between announcements for a line*. If we don't get one by mid next week, this gap will, at minimum, move into 4th place.

* Current standings for those curious:

1) Special Modifications to No Disintegrations - 286 days;

2) Strongholds of Resistance to Lead by Example - 236 days;

2) Fly Casual to Mask of the Pirate Queen - 236 days;

4) Lead by Example to Forged in Battle - 197 days;

5) Savage Spirits to Endless Vigil - 180 days.

What are the numbers if you crunch them as time between rpg announcements without considering which line?

I've got that, too. I'll have to get to my spreadsheet and then I'll let you know. Early (-ish) tomorrow.

But off the top of my head, it's been a little less then a month since DoH was announced, and the average time between announcements is about two months (~56 days, if I recall). So by that metric we're not out of sorts. But that’s why I use multiple metrics :) . I'll give you the actual numbers as soon as I can.

Well, I was close! Current average for announcement time irrespective of line (ignoring the current gap) is 54.04 days. We're currently at 26, so almost exactly halfway.

This thread is crunchy in a most satisfying way.

Like nestle crunch...

Well, a small update - we got the Seeker Specialization decks from Savage Spirits , so I've added their product codes to the first post.

Strange that we get the Seeker ones before we get the Guardian ones, but oh well. It's something at least, right? :)

I'm still waiting for Outer Rim worlds sourcebook - unless one already exists, iwc I'd appreciate someone telling me. I've got like five Bounty Hunter characters in the works, ever since I got no disintegrations. And as kreiger22 will no doubt be delighted to hear, one of them really is space jackie chan! (martial artist/guardian). ;)

Don't worry, you'll find someone. Takes most everyone a while.

Interesting to get an article with a bit of general discussion about the seeker career, I don't remember that being heavily done before. Perhaps creating content to fill their schedule between products?

There's probably some sort of blackout for the Rogue 1 Beginner Game. Or, they're trying to mess with your numbers intentionally.

You never know. The Savage Spirits of conspiracy move among us :P .

I might be interested in a R1 beginner set. The TFA one didn't really interest me.

The TFA one has the galaxy map poster. I was disappointed they didn't 8nclude the ships or bb series droids...

I thought about the poster, but the price of the box for so little wasn't worth it to me.

I buy them for the dice. Everything else is gravy.

An adventure set on Jedah during the Imperial sacking would be interesting, perhaps with links to Saw Gerrera and the Guardians.

edit: I definitely get them for the dice too, well worth it IMHO.

Bought the Force Awakens Box for the dice and the map. Still trying to figure out if I regret it or not.

I thought we already had the Guardian spec decks out?

Here for example .

I don't...huh. those don't show up on the Products page at all. Weird.
