Yah so they say with some vague comments/denials about everything is still on, and then a story/interview last week with Neil Lamont that some undefined Tatooine project was in fact placed on hold, and while 9 is filming, we sure don't have much tangible specifics from them about what they are doing for film going forward.

To be fair... that's only two locations... (As the Death Star was built in orbit around Geonosis)
There are tons more places that are in canon (even if you only consider movie canon)

Yes, but that was not in the same sector, hence it wouldn't be in a sourcebook about the arkanis sector.
I also imagine that Geonosis will be covered in Rise of the Separatists; though I don't know if that would preclude them covering it again.

Since where it moved to was not defined I wouldn't say it didn't move some place else in the Arkanis sector

That novel is Legends now, rather than canon...jury's still out on exactly what level of plot stuff FFG can still pull from Legends.

Don't we know that it was moved to jedha (sp?) Because of rogue 1? They installed that big circular focusing array at the beginning of the movie so construction was happening there.

They installed the superlaser dish, then went to Jedha because that’s where Bodhi broke ranks and went to (sent to Saw by Galen).
If the dish was installed at any of the planets seen in Rogue One, I’d say it was Eadu, where Galen and his research team were stationed.
ETA: Although Wookipedia says it was moved from Geonosis to Scarif in the final stages of construction.

OK, so I have two accounts apparently. That's... frustrating.
But on the plus side we're getting a book that reveals the Padawan and Jedi careers. Never thought I'd see the day.
I'm not too surprised at the sudden jump to on-the-boat. It's not like development can't continue on other books while printing and shipping delays were occurring. I imagine that the Seperatist book was in the pipe for a very long time.
With how much we've been talking about wanting one, and almost putting one together ourselves that would make sense.
