You know you're about 3 weeks too late for that right? Unless you meant to say Knights of Fate

Ooh, right! If you DID mean Knights of Fate, then head over to the Warrior thread and let the spoilers fly!

Not necessarily. They said they had Unlimited Power, which seemed odd because it released two weeks ago. Elias and I were thinking they might have misspoke and meant Knights of Fate, but that was an assumption on our part.

Idle curiousity. I wonder how the weg 30th anniversary reprint factors in all the delays surrounding cyphers and masks. I know that the reprint was announced prior to knights of fate yet we haven't heard anything about its release date and if I recall correctly it went on the boat around the same time as cyphers.

Wonder if it suffered the same fate as cyphers and is delayed indefinitely.

did they say there was a problem with the WEG version?

Not that I'm aware. It's just been on the boat for a very long time in my opinion. I'm sure her royal seerness could give us an exact timeframe (probably to the second).

yup I am aware of that. I tend not to state facts I don't have. they are guesses. educated ones. but not known quantities.

Books about 2 hours away, so likely tmw. So terrible that customs held it for so long.

Yay! You're going to be taking on spoiler-duty then, I trust :p?

I tried posting the picture of the cover but the size limits are draconian.

Well, that's hardly what we're hankering for! Head on over to the Warrior thread and let spill the secrets within the cover!

30th anniversary is shipping now. oh how I wish it was something useful like cyphers instead

Yeah, me too, but at least it's something.

I do find it hilarious that Fully Operational is already out of stock again.

So have any updated predictions?

Does anyone know why they seem to have skipped some product numbers in the three lines?

SWA 52

SWE 15, 17, 18 and 19

SWF 04, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 51

Or am I just not finding them?

I believe that our wonderful prophetess, Absol, has some theories.

Sorry, sorry! I've been busy with actual work, or something. Pff! Work. Who needs it, I say!? (...I do, unfortunately...)

Hmm... not really. I'm still putting Cyphers and Masks at July 26 at the moment. We are actually on the podium for longest wait between announcements, too, so I would expect a new one hopefully early July, as well? As to what it would be is anyone's guess at this point, though.

I do, in fact!

Let's knock the easy ones out, first. SWF 25 through 28 are the Guardian Specialization decks and the Signature Abilities deck (Warden, Armorer, Warleader, and Signature Abilities, in that order). For some reason, FFG never officially announced them nor put them up on their site, but they do exist and can be bought from certain 3rd-party retailers, which is how I found out the order.

Next, we can get into the high-probability guesses. SWE 15, SWA 52, and SWF 51 are almost certainly an as-of-yet unannounced Region book for each line, like Suns of Fortune or Nexus of Power. One of these could possibly be the next announcement, but then there's also the new introduction of Era books, so we could get another of those. It's hard to say. I will note that we have gone a very, VERY long time without a dedicated Edge book being announced, so that may tip the scales towards SWE 15.

And lastly, the true Mysteries. SWE 17, 18, and 19, and SWF 4. We have no idea what these are intended to be. Anyone's guess is probably as good as mine. I will note that SWF 4 is in the place that the dice were in for Edge, and the place the Recruit specialization deck was in for Age. Since an additional product code for dice isn't actually needed, my best guess is that SWF 4 was an intended but never published Universal spec for Force core? But at this point, that's the best I can offer.

The three mystery Edge books could, potentially, be some sort of compendium books like people here have been pining for, but I personally doubt it. I don't think FFG would do something like that.

I am thinking an arkanis sector book for edge is likely. As that is where you would find the Jawa, the Tuskan Raider, Sand Crawlers, etc.

This is also the region Geonosis is in and the Planet the Death Star was made at.

No apology needed Absol. I think we all pretty much assume you run on Mystic time... which is the time of your own choosing or as the Force wills, etc. etc.

So for Cyphers to release July 27th, we should expect a "shipping now" announcement somewhere between July 12th and the 17th right?

It would be the Wednesday two weeks before, so the 11th.

Thanks. *checks calendar* I... ****... *twitch*. I... uh... I... can make it *twitch*

And another week's worth of stuff moves to shipping now, yet still no progress on Cyphers and Masks. It didn't make the 7/19 release date... maybe 7/26.

...which fits with the pattern of the other three delayed books releasing at the end of a month. I haven’t been expecting it any earlier than that.

Looks like the D6 version is available...
