I know, right! Especially since I was actually right the first time, and it's Mountain Niktos that actually allow the smallest maximum! I got caught up on the double-up potential of the Mandalorians' two Knowledge skills and then realized I forgot to account for the free rank of Survival that the Mountain Niktos get.
